(workaround that should work is install it the first time and allow access to protected user folders when prompted by windows, then re-install it so that it has permission during installation to create the folder in the users Documents hierarchy.) The program is designed for pre-Windows 10 versions as it is not programmed to work around this fundamental security layer.
If you have Windows 10 with user folders protected with the built in ransomware protection then version 7.x of this software will have problems creating its folder hierarchy in the logged in users Documents folder which will result in it being unable to make a copy of the program Templates folder within that hierarchy on app runtime.
